New KINDERGARTEN parents: Leaving your kindergarten child on the first day of school can be emotional for both the child & the parent. For this reason, on May 21 from 2:00-4:00 pm, we have decided to host a couple of hours for you and your kindergarten child to come to school to meet us and see the rooms. A letter with more information on summer school and your child's summer school teacher will be mailed in the next few days.
Milan C-2 Graduation will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at 2:00 pm in the High School Gym.
Reminder: The last day of school is TODAY, 5/17/24, and will be dismissed at 11:45 AM. Lunch will not be served. Summer School will begin on Wednesday, 5/22/24.

Congratulations to Adan Callejo for being named “Wildcat of the Week”! One of the many awards he received this year was the “John Philip Sousa” Award. Elementary Track and Field Day TOMORROW, 5/15/24: Please ensure students are dressed for the weather & wear tennis shoes. Send sunscreen and a water bottle with students. K-2nd events start at 8:45 am; 3rd-6th events start at 10:50 am; Parents are invited to attend.

The 5th and 6th grade field trip buses are running a little late. Our expected arrival time is 5:00 pm. Please pick students up at the cafeteria doors.
The 5th and 6th Grade field trip to the Science Center of Iowa is on May 14th. The bus will leave at 6:45 am. Please drop them off at the Cafeteria doors. Students will need money for lunch. The estimated return time is 4:30 pm.
