2021 Donuts with Dad

Milan Elementary would like to invite dads and other important male role models to eat a free breakfast with their child on Thursday, May 6, 2021.  Milan cafeteria staff will be serving donuts from 7:00-8:00.  This is a wonderful opportunity to spend time visiting with your child and their friends.

Please complete the bottom of this form by Monday, May 3rd.  if you will be able to attend.  If you are unsure if you will be able to attend, but think there is a chance, please go ahead and complete the form.  We would rather have too much food than not enough.

On the day of the event please do not feel rushed.  If the morning bell rings you and your student may finish breakfast. Then head to class in a timely fashion and the student will not be counted tardy.
